Crashes iPhone6

v5.5 still crashes iPhone, notification count doesnt clear
v5.0 resets the phone half the time I try to use it. The headphones frequently go silent only speakerphone works. Laggy and choppy most of the time. Reminds me of skype in the early days (6 years ago).
Have latest version IOS 9.3.4
