App works great and quality is solid. Love the fact that you can change meeting layouts, share documents, and show webpages all from within the app... The calendar tab is amazing as well, lets you join your meetings in less than 20 seconds!!

Wow! This new version of the BlueJeans app is a great improvement over the previous release. Presenters slides appear quickly (seemed intermittent in previous version). Theres even a new feature that lets participants share content from the iPad! Nicely done.

Couldnt get it to work.

Seems to work fine when you can connect. Had connections crash a few times. Also desperately needs an option for talking via the earpiece (like a phone) for audio calls instead of speakerphone only.

Love it. Can attend face-to-face conference call from anywhere!

The desktop version of the application wouldnt work. The app requires a user passcode that isnt provided when a meeting is set up. Online help had no clue how to resolve the problem. Save the trouble and just try an old-fashioned phone call.

Have you ever had a meeting start on time without tech issues? You will with Bluejeans. Its simple. People get the use case. Just like an audio bridge but it joins iPhones iPads PCs Macs phones and room systems. Quality is HD. Cisco has to be worried. They should rename it EX-web

Pressing on the mic icon to block it, does not work… even after doing it generates echo of your own voice. Had to block the mic from iPad Settings There is a thumbnail on top of the presenters shared screen that is impossible to get rid of and it partially blocks the shared content. Lastly and not related to the performance.. Blue Jeans as the name for an app for web conferencing… really?

The app works really well. Calls are super clear and the video works flawlessly most of the time. There are, however, a couple of missing features that I would love to see. 1. Ability to disable speakerphone in "Audio Only" mode. This would allow me to hold the phone to my ear if I dont have a headset but need to have a private discussion. 2. Ability to dial in to the audio conference via phone from the app. When Im in a sketchy coverage area, often times the dial-in is more reliable than the Internet-based call. I would love either an automatic failover or a button that will dial me in automatically.

I currently have a mobile bookmark for my BlueJeans account so I can quickly enter my meeting info when I dial in from the room system we use. Id love it if this app allowed me to use room codes to start my meetings.

Bluejeans crashed and caused my iPhone to reboot.

Love the fresh new interface and time of day change! It really makes for a great experience when looking at my upcoming meetings. Great updates!

The drawer that used to contain the messages window and participants list now contains only the messages. If there is a way to view the participants list now, it is not obvious. This is a critical feature for certain types of conversations and large meetings, and I’d appreciate a way to access it again.

Blue Jeans just keeps dishing out the cool stuff ! Love the new UI and the feel.. very easy on the eyes. Also, the new features are very thoughtful. Way to go design team!

App crashes too often, uses too much energy. Biggest issue is, I lost the easy overview who joined and it lacks access to moderation tools like participant camera/microphone control. But again. Bluejeans as a service and the browser app are really awesome.

I have a link to the meeting, I click and it asks me if I want to open up in BlueJeans. I tap open but before anything happens it asks if I want to search the App Store for BlueJeans. No, I already have the app, stop asking and just open the meeting. Entering the meeting ID doesnt work. This app is broken! It made me miss an important meeting.

Exact same experience as the other reviewers. This app has a major bug. When you tap a BlueJeans.com link it gives you 3 options. The first 2 involves opening with the app. If you choose either of those it takes you to the App Store and if you open in the app it gives you the default screen. Needs to be fixed ASAP.

The app does not enable the login button when I paste a password, as in from 1Password. Needed to actually key the password in - and I use extremely complex passwords for security reasons. I havent even used it yet and already find a major usability bug.

Their sales people keep calling my cell phone, the app is pretty much google hangouts but not free... puzzled!
